Winter Wedding Look

Happy Monday babes! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and got to do some relaxing and recharging. For us, we didn’t do a ton of recharging, but we did get to celebrate with family and friends at a gorgeous wedding. One of John’s cousins actually got married and we had a total blast. To me, there is something so special about a wedding. I love the vibe and how romantic it all is. In fact, the officiant (who was John’s dad by the way), actually made a super sweet comment during the ceremony – he asked that while the couple said their own vows, those that had already been married should hold hands and remember when they said their vows to each other. It was such a special touch and really made me feel all of those emotions again. You know I cried haha.

After that it was time to dance the night away and man did we. John and I love to dance and we have the best time. He is definitely way better than me, but he makes me feel so special the whole time. Doesn’t matter the music (or if no one else is dancing), the Wilsons will be out there spinning around laughing and having a good time.

I think that is why I loved this look from that night. The skirt spinned perfectly, making me feel like a princess. The sleeves also came in handy too, given it was about 40 degrees and raining all day haha, making it the perfect look for a winter wedding! Oh, and did I mention it has pockets??

xoxo,

Melissa
