You all know I love to give you easy, no equipment, do anywhere workouts. Not only are they great to come back to at any time, the whole purpose is that you can do them anywhere! A workout that requires a lot of stuff is hard, I just want to be told what to do, get it done, and go. Today, I have a pretty fun Hiit style workout that I think you are all going to love. I call it the 50/75 workout. You will need to go outside for this one though!
Warm-up: 5 minutes of light jogging or jumping rope
Workout:
+ 2x 100 yard sprints at 60-80% (that is 60-80% of you maxout speed)
+ 75 air squats
+ 2x 100 yard sprints at 60-80%
+ 50 pushups
+ 2x 100 yard sprints at 60-80%
+ 75 seated knee tucks
+ 2x 100 yard sprints at 60-80%
+ 50 jump lunges
+ 2x 100 yard sprints at 60-80%
+ 25 mountain climbers (per leg), 25 commandos (per arm), 25 sumo squats
Cool Down: 5 minute slow jog
Total Time: 25-30min
