With Winter just around the corner, I thought I would provide you with a mont worth of dinner options, winter style! Most of these dishes will be a little bit on the heavier side, with options that will warm your tummy and your hearts. Need more inspiration? Check out Series 1!
Weekly Menu 1:
Monday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Tuesday: Spaghetti with garlic bread (we love spaghetti in my house haha)
Wednesday: Chicken Pot Pie
Thursday: Beef Enchiladas
Friday: Breakfast burritos
Weekly Menu 2:
Monday: Baked chicken/turkey with mashed potatoes (I take a small turkey and place it in my dutch oven with chicken stock and veggies and bake it – it comes out super tender and delicious!)
Tuesday: Homemade Mac’n Cheese
Wednesday: Chilli
Thursday: Quesadillas
Friday: Order in!
Weekly Menu 3:
Monday: Homemade Lasagna (or Stouffers haha)
Tuesday: Grilled Steaks with sweet potatoes
Wednesday: Chilli burgers
Thursday: Dumplings
Friday: Loaded baked potatoes
Weekly Menu 4:
Monday: Pork Tenderloin
Tuesday: Homemade meatballs (or frozen ones) and mashed potatoes and green beans (this is one of my favorite meals)
Wednesday: Stuffed Bell Peppers
Thursday: Chicken broccoli casserole
Friday: Pancakes
Now I know a lot of these recipes seem super heavy, so you by no means have to make them all in the same week, but just to help you generate some ideas and take the menu planning off of your shoulders a little bit.
