Easy At Home Workout

It has been a hot minute since I’ve posted a good workout for you all, so today I thought I would take some time to give you something to give you a good sweat all in the comfort of your own home. It is so easy to provide excuses as to why it isn’t a good time to workout. And while I support the struggle, if fitness is something you want to incorporate more of, I am here to help! Today I am going to give you a 23 minute workout, that is it that you will do at home without any equipment except the timer on your phone. It isn’t going to be easy, but no one said working out was easy haha!

Warm – Up: 3 minutes of jogging in place, jumping jacks, or faking jumping rope

4.5 minutes as many rounds as possible: 25 air squats, 10 pushups (okay to modify on knees), and 20 ab bikes (10 per side)

30 seconds rest

4 minutes alternating between 1 min of burpees and 1 min of high knees with raised arms

30 second rest

4.5 minutes as many rounds as possible: 20 skiers (10 per side), 12 commandos (6 per side), and 15 toe taps

30 second rest

4 minutes alternating between 1 min of jump lunges and 1 min of plank

30 second rest

1 min of mountain climbers


Guys, this one is gunna hurt, but if you only can give me 23 minutes, then we gotta get that heart rate up and burn that entire body! Since it is going to be a bit difficult, if you tag me on Instagram after completing it (@thechicdelight), I will complete the workout as well. I will only do one per day, but I will add it to whatever other workout I am doing that day. So for the amount of tags I get, that will be the amount of days I have to complete it for, but YOU have to tag me after completion! I want expect sweaty selfies people! I may regret this, but it could be fun! Happy sweating!
